The online
Mortgage Marketing Tool is a web based application that allows any user with an
internet connection and a web browser to utilize and uses the following

Hosting Requirements
* NOTE: Each
application we produce is custom authored for the individual client and in some
cases topLingo is the host provider and in other cases the client is the host. Being custom-tailored also allows for the
programming languages, database and server configurations to whatever you require
however the following is the preferred environment:

Secure Communication
All communication to the application
is done over HTTP. HTTPS is supported by, and requires the purchase and installation
of, a SSL certificate. Additional firewall configuration may be required.
Email Communication
If an email component is
added, the application will rely on Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
communications to both send email and receive bounced emails. Therefore, SMTP
is required for both outbound and inbound communications to the server. Additionally, the server requires a static
public Internet Protocol (IP) address and proper public Domain Name System
(DNS) records must be created.
Backend Database
The backend database on the server is
a Structured Query Language (SQL) database running on Microsoft SQL Server. The
SQLServer is generally located on the same server but
can but located on a different server.
